Finetrack Property Consultants Limited was established in 2013 by managing director Andy Lyons and has been trading successfully since this date.
We have many years of experience within the Education sector and concentrate on utilising this experience to provide an understanding and personal approach to clients in this market.
We pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive service that includes feasibility studies, cost planning, design, contract procurement, estimating, contract procurement, on site management and cost control. Our building surveying team can provide traditional building surveying services as well as full project management for any maintenance, refurbishment, remodelling or improvement works. This will include preparation of specifications, working drawings, tender procedure, statutory submissions, contract advice, site supervision and all contract administration throughout the project.
